Brad Martin is a partner in the law firm of Morrison Mahoney LLP, a firm with 155 lawyers in 9 locations in the Northeast.  Brad has been a lawyer in Massachusetts since 1979 and has represented clients in a variety of matters before the Massachusetts Appeals Court, Supreme Judicial Court and the U.S. First Circuit Court of Appeals.  Primarily a business/corporate lawyer he handles diverse constitutional law issues for clients.  He is a holder of a Class A Large Capacity License to Carry Firearms and an avid shooter.  He lives in Agawam.

Dan Daly is an associate attorney at the law firm of Morrison Mahoney LLP’s Springfield Office.  After graduating from law school, Dan worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Roxbury and South Boston before leaving the DA’s Office to fulfill a lifelong dream of becoming a police officer with the Boston Police Department.  Dan worked as a patrol officer in downtown Boston and Charlestown before accepting an appointment as an Assistant Attorney General in Washington DC.  As a prosecutor and later as a defense attorney he handled a wide variety of criminal offenses to include firearm offenses.  He is a holder of a Class A Large Capacity License to Carry Firearms and lives in Longmeadow with his family.
